Online Games Support and Training:

Our QTalk^® customer service team provides support to our customers. All authorized teachers, their administrators, IT staff and other support staff are provided free membership in a secure customer forum that is specifically dedicated to our customers using our Online Games in their language classes. Membership includes access to a secure download area with training and tips for using Online Games in the classroom. Your support membership is free -- it's one of the benefits you receive when your school purchases a teacher, classroom, or per-student universal subscription.

The online games teacher forum membership with its associated download resources and training, is provided to language teachers and staff in accredited K12 schools with active online games subscriptions.

Parents of students with "QTalk^® Home Practice" subscriptions receive online games support and instructions from the language teacher and staff at their child's school.

Homeschool parents, private language instructors and tutors, independent language learners, or students enrolled in our Tribeca Language Center classes, receive support services for online games based on their specific situation.

Online Games Technical Features and Billing Details:

The QTalk^® Online Games are delivered as a cloud-based (hosted) service.

A high-speed Internet connection and current web browser are required to access and use this product.

As web appication standards change, we continue to innovate and make use of the newest technology while supporting industry standards. At the present time (Late 2011) the next update of the Online Games is weeks away. The new version will not require Adobe Flash, and Apple iPads will be supported.

The new Teacher Dashboard feature for monitoring and assessing individual student proficiency attainment, will be made available as a component of the new Student Universal (Site) License option only.

Schools may upgrade from their 30-seat classroom-lab or Teacher-Presentation subscription license to the new Student Universal (Site) License option.

Online Games Product Fulfillment Details:

Online Games subscriptions are activated at time of purchase. Within 24 hours of processing your order, our QTalk^® customer service team will set up your new Online Games subscription and we will send the authorized teacher(s) along with any authorized IT support staff or administrators, an email that includes the login URL, user id(s) and password(s). The purchasing contact will be copied on the email so that they will know the order has been fulfilled. If we do not know the teacher contact we will request this information in order to fulfill the order. The purchasing contact will not be asked to forward the fulfillment email to a teacher, nor will QTalk^® fulfill an Online Games subscription unless teacher contact information is known. Online Games subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be resold under any circumstances.

Online Games annual subscribers will be notified by email prior to expiration and will be invited to renew. Upon expiration or cancellation of the subscription, the login will be disabled.

Monthly Subscriptions

To order one of the monthly subscriptions, please visit www.QTalkgames.com and place your order online at that site. We are not able to accept monthly billing orders through our website shopping cart at this time. For security reasons we ask that you not leave voice mail or send email with your credit card information.

Monthly subscribers are billed on their credit card each month, until they cancel by notifying QTalk Publishing LLC via email.

Our Online Games turn your classroom into a teaching video game! You will love using these games for classroom practice, assessment, or homework, or to provide a trouble-free activity for a substitute teacher on days you are called away from class.

Our Online Games are great practice resources to supplement any curriculum, but you'll find them especially valuable to supplement our QTalk^® curriculum based on Maurice Hazan's astonishingly effective QTalk^® method of language instruction using deeply intuitive visual mnemonics.

To support the full range of K12 language instruction, home practice and assessment needs, there are now several different subscription license options to choose from:

For K12 Schools

Annual Teacher-Presentation license: Available for Spanish, French, or Chinese. This annual subscription offers a single login for use of the Online Games in teacher-directed classroom presentation for a single language (all levels). The Teacher-Presentation license does not allow individual student use of the Online Games for school or home study practice. As a courtesy, we will provide Teacher-Presentation subscribers one additional login for your school's use by one student at a time at a library or classroom PC.
Annual 30-seat Classroom/Lab License: Available for Spanish, French, or Chinese. This annual subscription offers 30 logins for your students to use the games for a single language (all levels) for individual practice in your school's PC-equipped language lab during class or study time. This license also allows the teacher to use the Online Games for classroom presentation material for a single language (all levels). This license does not permit home use of the Online Games by students.
Annual Per-Student Universal (Site) License: Available for Spanish, French, or Chinese. Use the Online Games for homework and/or assessment purposes, with each student having unlimited home and school use of the Online Games for a single language (all levels). This licensing option will include the Teacher Dashboard feature for no additional cost. The price begins at $15 per year per student with a minimum of 20 students; pricing may be negotiated based on the number of students and the total volume of your school's purchases.
If you are encouraging parents to purchase an Online Games monthly subscription for their child, please contact us to discuss the QTalk^® Home Practice (for Points) program. We will help you promote the individual subscriptions to your students' parents, with a custom flyer. This program awards "points" to your school to apply to future digital product purchases, based on the home practice subscriptions purchased.

For Parents

If your child is enrolled in QTalk^® language classes at his or her school, you may purchase a Student Home Use - Monthly Subscription for the price of $6.95 per month. Purchase online through our QTalk^® Games site at http://www.QTalkgames.com.

For All Language Learners

The Standard Monthly Subscription price is $8.95 per month is purchased through our QTalk^® Games site. This is a great way for anyone to practice language skills or explore new languages. A standard monthly subscription provides a single login for all languages, all levels. This individual license does not permit use of the Online Games for classroom presentation material.
